Saraswati the Goddess of music and education

Goddess Lakshmi also called Maha Saraswati. She is Part of Goddesses Trinity with Kali and Laxmi Mata. She is Devi of Education and Music, Knowledge, Art. She is God Brahma's consort. Maa Saraswati worshipped by different names (VANI, VACHI, BRAHMI, BRAHMNI etc.) she is also known as Goddess of Vedas. She is Indian Goddess of Music. Saraswati Mata often seated on white male Swan(Hamsa is sacred bird). She dressed in pure white which means light & SATWA GUNA or Purity. Her four hands holds Pustak(book), Mala(rosary), Veena(musical instrument) sometimes a Water Pot. Saraswati Mata also known as HAMASVAHINI. She is always located near the River. Savitri & Gayatri is also Saraswati's Avatar.

As she holds book this true and Divine Knowledge, Mala represents inner spirituality. She is worshipped in Nepal and Assam also. Saraswati Vandana is a most important mantra for worshipping her some other mantras are "Om Aim Hrim, Kleem Maha Saraswati Deyaya, Namaha", "Vad Vad Vaagwaadinee Swaaha".

Hindu Deities

A Murti is itself not the god in Hinduism, but it is an image of GOD.In front of whom we represents our emotional and spiritual values.When a person worship a Murti it means they worship SPIRIT of the DEITY.

• Laxmi known as Preserver.
• Saraswati known as creator.

 KALI is the Goddess of the power,destroyer.she is also known as PARWATI,DURGA,NAV DURGA, Kali regarded as SHAKTI of  SHIVA.

LAXMI is devi of Wealth,Glory & Prosperity. Laxmi is the wife of lord vishnu.Laxmi mata was born from CHURNING OF THE OCEAN (SAMUDRA MANTHAN). 

SARASWATI  is devi of arts & learning & Music.Hindus celebrate festival in spring called VASANT PANCHMI or Saraswati pooja in her owner.

1. Brahma known as creator.
2. Vishnu known as preserver. 
3. Shiva known as Destroyer .

Shiva (destroyer)main part of tridev's becuse without destruction,there can be no re-creation. 

Vishnu is a vedic deity vishnu use a 'Sudarshan chakra,kaumodki gada' as a weapon.Vishnu is consort of Laxmi. incarnations of vishnu are too many to be counted.

Brahma has a chaturrmukha(four faces).Brahma was consort of saraswati,n father of four "kumaras"
